Serious auto accident claims life of 2 children, 2 others

When it comes to fatalities stemming from a car accident, few may be more tragic than those involving the smallest of victims. Police suspect that alcohol may have played a role in the accident.

A jury was initially deadlocked over the criminal charges for a nurse, though it ultimately convicted her of vehicular manslaughter. With the driver convicted in this man's death, his family may have solid footing toward pursuing a civil claim for wrongful death against the woman.

The parents of a 24-year-old woman blamed her death on the birth control drug that she was taking. The potentially defective drug in question, NuvaRing, is apparently known to cause potentially disastrous side effects. Fatal California car accident believed to be suicide

Car accidents happen every day. The majority of California drivers drive past one every once in a while. Most accidents are minor fender benders with mild to moderate damage to the vehicles involved. Other times, an accident is more serious and may cause significant damage to the vehicles that crash, along with injury or worse to the individuals involved. It is almost unthinkable that such a car accident could occur on purpose and an innocent life be taken.
